Are you planning a new deck or preparing drawings for a residential building permit? I can help you turn your project requirements into clear, organized deck permit drawings tailored to your proposed design.

I prepare deck layouts, deck framing plans, elevations, stair and railing details, and supporting architectural drawings based on your project scope and available information.

What I can help you with:

  • Deck framing plans and construction details
  • Deck elevations and stair layouts
  • Patio and porch permit drawings

  • Drawing revisions based on your project requirements

My approach: I focus on drawing clarity, consistent dimensions, organized sheets, and details that help homeowners and contractors understand the proposed work.
