Do you need my password?
No. Never share your password with me or anyone. You invite me as a member of your Firebase project in the Firebase Console, and you remove that access when the order is delivered. That is the safest way for both of us.
Can you guarantee the fix will work?
No, and I won't pretend otherwise before seeing your project. What I promise is the process. Basic gives you a written root-cause report with the exact fix steps. On Standard and Premium I apply the scoped fix, re-test your reported case, and the report states what was verified and what was not.
What if my problem is not a Firebase problem?
The report will say so, and say what the evidence points to instead (for example, app code or a third-party API). The diagnosis is the deliverable on Basic — you still receive the full written findings.
Why is Basic diagnosis only? Why not just fix it?
Because applying changes without a confirmed cause is how databases get opened to everyone with a rule like allow read, write: if true. Diagnosis first means the fix — mine or your own developer's — is the right one, and the report lets you check it.
Will you open my security rules to make the error go away?
No. I will not fix a permission error by making your database public. Rules are matched to how your app actually queries its data, and the report explains what was wrong with the previous rules.
Do we need a call to discuss the problem?
No. Everything is handled in Fiverr messages, in writing. Send the exact error, a screenshot if you have one, and what should happen instead — that is enough to start, and your report is written too.
I paid $30 for the diagnosis. Do I pay the full price again for the fix?
No. If you upgrade to Diagnosis + Fix within 7 days of the diagnosis delivery, the full $30 is credited toward it — I will send the upgrade as a custom offer, so you never pay for the diagnosis twice. Diagnosis Only itself makes no changes to your project, rules or code.
My Cloud Functions won't deploy, or I get a Blaze billing error. Is that covered?
Yes — deployment failures and Blaze-plan errors are covered when that is the issue you order for. Please mention in the requirements whether your project is on the Blaze plan, as Cloud Functions work needs it.
Is this gig for web apps only?
Yes. This gig covers Firebase and Firestore problems in web apps. Flutter and native mobile app work is not covered here, so your order is never spent on the wrong service.
Will my code and data stay private?
Yes. Your project, code and data are used only for your order. I work through your invitation, you remove my access when the order is delivered, and nothing from your project is shared with anyone else.
