My coaching approach is grounded in ICF principles and is client-centered, reflective, and based on deep listening. I offer a calm, thoughtful space where you can slow down, explore what is shifting, and make sense of what matters most to you.
What happens during a coaching session?
Each session is shaped around what feels most useful for you in that moment. We talk, reflect, and explore the questions, patterns, and possibilities that can help you move toward a more aligned next step.
How is coaching different from advice or mentorship?
Unlike an advisor, a coach doesn’t tell you what to do. I guide you to explore possibilities, identify patterns, and uncover insights from your own experience. The result is personalized, actionable clarity that sticks.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is focused on your present situation, your choices, and where you want to go next. We may look at past experiences if they help create insight, but coaching is not a substitute for therapy.
What if I feel unsure or resistant during coaching?
That’s completely normal. Sometimes uncertainty or resistance is part of the process. We can move at a pace that feels comfortable and gently explore what is coming up without pressure.
How long does it take to see progress?
Everyone moves at a different pace. Some clients notice more clarity right away, while others see steadier progress over time as they apply what we explore together.
Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
No preparation is needed. You can come as you are, even if your thoughts feel a little scattered. We can work with whatever is present and make sense of it together.
How do I schedule a session and what time zone are you in?
Sessions are arranged through Fiverr messages. I am based in Central European Time (CET), and when you reach out, we will agree on a time that works for both of us.
