What’s the difference between UX and UI design?
UX is how your product works: the steps users take, the page structure, and where people get stuck. UI is how it looks, with colors, fonts, and styling. This gig covers UX (flows, wireframes, prototypes, audits). Visual design is available separately.
What is a UX audit?
I review one website or app and send you a written list of usability problems, like confusing navigation, unclear buttons, or a checkout that loses people, with a suggested fix for each one.
Do you do user testing with real people?
The Premium package includes my own usability review of your prototype. Testing with real users is possible if you bring the participants, and I can help you plan the tasks. I don’t recruit testers myself.
Can you also do the visual design and build the site?
Yes. I design in Figma and can code the design into a responsive website. Message me before ordering and I’ll point you to the right gig or set up a custom offer.
Do you work on mobile apps as well as websites?
Yes, I work on both. Send me a short description of your app and the screens you need, and I’ll confirm the right package.
What do you need from me to get started?
A short description of your business and users, a link to your current site or app (if you have one), the problem you want to fix, and the pages or screens you need. The more detail, the better the result.
Can you redesign my existing website or app?
Yes. Send me the link and I’ll start with what’s confusing or not working, then restructure the flow and screens around it.
What will I receive, and how do I open it?
You get a Figma file with your flows, wireframes, and a clickable prototype, plus a shareable link. You can view and comment on it in a browser without a paid Figma account.
