I don't just trace geometry: every flat pattern is unfolded with the correct bend allowance and K-factor for your material and thickness, so your part comes out of the press brake at the right dimensions the first time.

What file formats do you deliver?
DXF for cutting, plus PDF drawings. STEP and native SolidWorks files are available as an extra or in the Premium package.
Can you work from just a photo or hand sketch?
Yes — as long as I have at least some dimensions. I'll confirm what's needed before we start.
Do you calculate bend allowance?
Always. Flat patterns are unfolded using the correct K-factor for your material and thickness, so bent parts end up at the right size.
Can you design the part, not just convert it?
Yes. If you have a function or space to fill rather than a finished design, message me — full part design is what I do.
