I will build a dcf valuation model in excel, sensitivity tables and scenarios
Financial models in Excel verified by code, English and French
About this Gig
Preparing a fundraising round, a buy-out, a partner exit or an internal plan and need a value range you can defend? I build a DCF valuation model in Excel that shows its work.
What you get:
Unlevered free cash flows from your forecast (or ones I build, Standard and Premium).
WACC build-up with every input in its own cell (risk-free rate, beta, premiums, cost of debt, tax rate), source and date cited.
Terminal value two ways (Gordon growth and exit multiple) and the implied multiples as a sanity check.
Sensitivity tables (WACC x growth, WACC x exit multiple) and a base / optimistic / pessimistic scenario switch.
Bilingual EN/FR labels, Read-me tab, bank-standard colour code.
A signed Verification Report: formula count, 0 errors at delivery, enterprise and equity value recomputed outside the workbook, stress scenarios, SHA-256 hash.
Every figure traces back to an input you can change. A chatbot answer does not.
Finance student, Universite de Sherbrooke (Quebec). Replies within hours; one revision round included.
A value range for planning and negotiation: not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, not an audit or tax advice.
Service aussi offert en francais.

FAQ
Is this a certified or official valuation?
No. A certified valuation is prepared by a Chartered Business Valuator or a CPA under their standards; I am neither. This is a transparent model for planning, negotiation or investor talks, where every input is visible and editable. If a court, tax authority or regulator needs a formal report, use a
Where do the WACC inputs come from?
Each input has its own cell with the source and date beside it: government bond yield for the risk-free rate, published industry betas and equity risk premiums, your actual cost of debt and tax rate. You can overwrite any of them; the sensitivity tables show how much the value moves when you do.
Can you value a pre-revenue startup with a DCF?
A DCF on a pre-revenue company depends almost entirely on the forecast, so I say so in the report. I build the projections with you (Standard or Premium), use three scenarios instead of one point estimate, and present the result as a range with sensitivity tables. If you prefer a method based on com
Do you use AI?
Yes, and I say so. AI tools help me draft structure and first-pass formulas. Then every formula is run through an independent recalculation engine, enterprise and equity value are recomputed outside the workbook, stress tests are run, and I sign the report. Need a no-AI workflow? Tell me before orde
