What do you need from me to get started?
I’ll need information about your business, your goals for the website, any existing website URL, your logo and branding, your preferred colours/style, and the text and images you want included. If you already have hosting or a domain, I may also need access details.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. I can redesign outdated or underperforming websites to improve the design, mobile experience, usability, speed and overall presentation while keeping the parts of your existing branding that still work.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Yes. All websites I build are designed to be responsive and work across desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes.
Do you provide SEO?
I include basic on-page SEO and an SEO-friendly website structure where appropriate. More advanced SEO research, technical SEO or ongoing SEO work can be discussed separately depending on your requirements.
Can you build an e-commerce website or add online payments?
Yes. I can add e-commerce functionality and payment integrations for suitable projects. Please contact me before ordering so I can confirm the products, payment provider and functionality you need.
Do I need to already have a domain and hosting?
No. If you already have them, I can work with your existing setup. If not, I can help you choose an appropriate domain and hosting service and assist with the setup.
Can I update the website myself after it is finished?
This depends on how your website is built. If being able to update content yourself is important, tell me before ordering and I can recommend an appropriate setup for your project.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable changes to the agreed design or content within the original project scope. New pages, major functionality changes or features not included in the original order may require an additional Gig extra or custom offer.
