I will build an oee tracker and dashboard in excel for your production lines

About this gig
Losing capacity and not sure where? I'll build an Excel OEE tracker that shows exactly where your machines lose time, speed and quality.
I'm a plant manager with 10+ years in manufacturing, currently overseeing 12 production lines, and CMRP certified in maintenance and reliability. I build the same OEE tools I use on my own shop floor.
What you get:
- OEE = Availability x Performance x Quality, per line, shift and day
- - Simple daily input sheet your operators can fill in
- - Six Big Losses analysis with Pareto: breakdowns, setups, minor stops, speed, defects, startup yield
- - Downtime reason log with top-loss ranking
- - Interactive dashboard with line and date filters, target vs actual, daily trend
- - Clean formulas, no macros, works in Excel 2016+
Why me:
- I speak production, not just Excel: planned vs unplanned stops, cycle time, scrap
- - Tailored to your machines, shifts and loss categories
- - Clear handover so your team can run it without me
Message me before ordering with your number of lines and how you record downtime today, and I'll recommend the right package.

FAQ
What data do I need to provide?
Your machine or line list, shift pattern, ideal cycle time or rated speed per product, and a sample of how you record downtime and scrap today. No data yet? I'll design the input sheet for you.
Does it need macros or special software?
No. It runs on standard Excel formulas, tables and charts (Excel 2016+, Microsoft 365 recommended). No VBA, so it works on locked-down company PCs.
What are the Six Big Losses?
The six causes of lost OEE: equipment failure, setup & adjustments, minor stops, reduced speed, process defects and startup rejects. The tracker shows minutes lost to each, so you know where to act first.
Can you adapt it to my industry?
Yes. The OEE logic is universal. I set the loss categories, units and cycle times for your process: extrusion, injection molding, packaging, food, pharma and more.
Can I add more lines later?
Yes. You add a line on the Setup sheet and it flows into every dropdown, report and dashboard automatically.
Will you connect it to my ERP or MES?
Standard and Premium can include an import sheet for exported CSV data. Live system connections are quoted separately.
