2 - Concept and mood board: I'll translate your answers into a cohesive vision: colours, materials and layout ideas, with a brief note on why each choice suits your space.
3 - Fine-tuning: you'll review the design and, if necessary, I'll amend it based on your feedback until it feels just right (extra service).
4 - Additional services: Do you need another room, a scaled layout, a shopping list or something else? Simply add the service that suits you best.

How long will it take to receive my design?
Delivery time depends on the package: 3 days for Basic, 5 days for Standard, 7 days for Premium. If you need it faster, Extra Fast Delivery is available as an add-on for each package.
What happens if I don't like the first result?
Standard and Premium packages include 1 and 2 rounds of revisions respectively, where I refine the concept based on your feedback. The Basic package doesn't include revisions, but you're always welcome to add one as an extra service if needed.
What counts as a "revision"?
A revision means adjusting the existing concept - colours, materials or layout - based on your feedback. It's not a completely new concept from scratch; for a different direction entirely, an additional design alternative can be added as an extra.
Can I request changes after the final delivery?
Yes. If you need something adjusted after your included revisions are used, you can simply add an extra revision at any time.
Are the floor plans/layouts technical drawings I can give to a contractor?
No, they're indicative sketches (or, for Standard/Premium, scaled AutoCAD-based layouts) showing furniture placement and room flow, designed to help you visualise the space clearly. They're not scaled technical drawings for construction or permits.
What if my project is more complex than expected once you see the space?
If your space needs more than an indicative layout (for example, scaled technical drawings), that falls outside what I offer here. I'll let you know before starting, so we can adjust expectations or you can seek a professional for that specific need.
