FAQ
Will the bot make things up?
No. It answers only from content you approve: your pages, FAQs, price list and policies. When a question falls outside that, it says so, takes the visitor's details and passes it to you instead of guessing. I send you a test transcript before launch so you see exactly how it behaves.
Do I pay you a monthly fee?
No. You pay once to build it. The only running cost is the AI provider's usage, billed to your own account, which for a small business is usually a few dollars a month. I show you how to set that up and how to watch it, and the account stays in your name.
Which channels can the bot live on?
Your website widget on every package. Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger from Standard up, because that is where most American customers already message small businesses. WhatsApp, SMS or Slack can be added as an extra. Tell me where your customers actually write to you.
What do you need from me to start?
Your website address, the five questions customers ask most, and anything the bot should quote from: FAQ pages, price lists, policies or PDFs. If that content does not exist yet, send bullet points and I will turn them into answers. Please do not send passwords.
What happens when the bot cannot help?
It hands off. Depending on what you use, it emails you the conversation, drops the lead in a Google Sheet or your CRM, or opens a ticket. The customer is told a person will follow up, so nobody is left arguing with a bot at midnight.
Can it book appointments?
Yes, on Premium, or as an extra on the other packages. It reads your availability from Google Calendar or Calendly, books straight into it, sends the confirmation and can remind the customer. For a service business that is usually where the bot pays for itself.
