Can you create different architectural styles?
Yes. I can explore modern, contemporary, minimalist, luxury and traditional-inspired exterior directions. My portfolio features American suburban, British family-home and European townhouse concepts. Please share your preferred references first.
How do revisions work?
Revisions cover reasonable refinements within the approved brief, such as material, color or lighting adjustments. Basic includes 1 revision round; Standard and Premium include 2. New viewpoints, major redesigns or additional properties require a custom quote.
Do you provide construction drawings or editable 3D files?
No. This service focuses on exterior appearance concepts and presentation visuals. Construction drawings, structural plans, CAD/BIM models, editable 3D source files and building approvals are not included.
Can I use the visuals for real estate marketing or commercial projects?
Please explain your intended use before ordering. These are concept visuals, not verified representations of existing or future construction. Public marketing must accurately identify proposed or altered designs, and you must have rights to supplied materials.
Can I order additional exterior views or design variations?
Yes. An additional material or lighting variation of the same approved house and viewpoint is available for $150 with 3 extra delivery days. New camera angles, additional houses and major redesigns require a custom quote.
How long will my project take?
Basic delivery is 7 days, Standard 14 days and Premium 21 days. Timelines depend on the agreed scope and complete project requirements. Please contact me before ordering if you have a fixed deadline.
