About this gig
I will create and render a detailed architectural model or scene that stands out and conveys your vision.
The process
The model is built from scratch in Blender or Sketchup 3D using CAD files as reference. PDFs, JPGs or any other type of image format are also acceptable. Special attention is given to correct dimensioning and the creation of a well-organized, clean file. The model can be exported as a .DAE, .OBJ, FBX or .SKP file, ready to be imported in the software of your choice.
If you chose for the premium package, the model gets textured in Blender and rendered with Cycles ( blenders native engine ) to create stunning, photorealistic images. A wide selection of setups (interior exterior, daytime nighttime) is available.
The pricing depends on the difficulty and scale of the project. Please contact me and I will create an offer for you that suits your needs. The prices I display are just for having an Idea and do not represent the final price. Final price might be lower or higher.

My name is Steven and I am a Civil Engineer, Musician, 3D Artist and Video Editor. I started with music at very young age and added CGI stuff in my hobbies around 2010-2011. Thats where I got interested into blender and after effects. Over the past decade I gained experience in video editing, 3D modeling, Photorealism and Music composition along with my studies as a Civil Engineer. In 2017 I got into game development world and started to create 3D models for a game we re developing with a friend.
