Your Make scenario stopped, or it runs green but writes the wrong data or the same record twice. I reproduce the problem on a copy, find the first module where it goes wrong, and explain the cause in plain words before changing anything. Then I make the smallest repair and test it with your sample data.
Basic fixes one reproducible failure in one scenario. Standard adds error handlers and a duplicate check, so one bad record no longer stops the scenario and a retry doesn't create a second record. Premium adds an error-alert route and a short runbook for whoever looks after the scenario.
You keep your original export for rollback. I work on a copy through a temporary teammate invitation, and you add or approve your own app connections. Nothing is activated live without your approval.
Not included: Make plan or operations costs, third-party app fees, and rebuilding whole systems or many scenarios (ask for a custom offer).

Basic repairs are delivered within one day of complete details: we reproduce the failure on a copy, explain the cause in plain words, fix it and test it with your sample data. FAQ
My scenario shows "Success" but the data is wrong. Is that included?
Yes. A green run with a wrong mapping or a duplicate record counts as a failure. We compare the actual output with the output you expected and fix the first module where they differ.
Make turned my scenario off after an error. Will I lose the queued data?
Not if the queue is handled carefully. We inspect the queue, set the bad item aside, fix the cause, and only then reactivate and process what is left. We never resend or delete your queued items blindly.
Do you need my password?
No. Invite us as a temporary teammate with the least role that can edit a copy, and connect or approve your own app connections. If your plan can't add a teammate, send a sanitised blueprint export and we reproduce it together during a screen-share. Remove access when you've accepted the result.
Will the fix use more operations?
Possibly a few. Error handlers and a duplicate search add modules, so each run may use slightly more operations. We tell you what changed. Make plan and operations costs stay on your account.
Can you rebuild our whole automation setup?
Not in this gig. It covers one scenario and the failures agreed in the order. Larger rebuilds or many connected scenarios need a custom offer after a look at the exports.
