The Building Maintenance Management System (BMMS) is a multi-tenant, web-based operations platform designed to digitize and automate facility maintenance across residential complexes, commercial plazas, and hostels replacing manual processes like paper logs and informal messaging.
The system operates through four role-based portals: a Resident Portal for logging maintenance requests with photo attachments, an Admin Dashboard for reviewing tickets and dispatching technicians, a Technician Portal for managing job assignments, and a Super Admin Portal for multi-property oversight, invoicing, and analytics.
Built using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript on the frontend, Node.js and PHP for backend logic, and Firebase/MySQL for real-time data management and authentication deployed on Firebase Hosting. The platform is also integrated into Android Studio WebView, delivering a smooth cross-platform mobile experience.
