FAQ
Do you have calibrated displays?
Yes! I also maintain monthly calibrations and my max dE2000 value never exceeds 1.5. I also publish the calibration reports on my website.
Can you work with Log footage?
Absolutely! Log, regardless of the manufacturer, is the most ideal gamma to work with.
Can you work with raw footage?
Yes! I've worked with raw footage from Arri, Blackmagic, Sony X-OCN, Nikon, Red etc., and not only can I handle raw footage, I much prefer it.
What software do you use to color grade?
DaVinci Resolve Studio.
How should I send you the file to be graded?
You can export the final video as Prores 4444 or Cineform 16 bit or DNx and send that. Alternatively, you can export an XML (or if it was edited in resolve then the project file) and send the files separately. Also include the complete export because sometimes XMLs don't work right.
