Do you read all genres?
I read romance, dark romance, fantasy, romantasy and ya fantasy with lgbtq characters. If your book is in another genre, message me first and I will tell you if I am the right reader.
What is the difference between a beta read and sensitivity reading?
A beta read covers your story as a whole: plot, pacing, characters and romance. Sensitivity reading checks how queer characters, language and themes are written, and flags stereotypes or anything that may feel off to lgbtq readers.
Do you give feedback in the manuscript or in a separate report?
Both. I leave inline comments in your file and send a separate report with the main points to fix first.
Is my manuscript kept private?
Yes. I will not share, copy or post your manuscript or any part of it.
Can I ask follow up questions after delivery?
Yes. Message me after delivery with any questions about the comments and I will explain them.
Does a sensitivity read replace an editor?
No. It tells you where your book may need work, but it does not fix your text. An editor still handles grammar and line edits.
