How many revisions are included?
Basic includes minor adjustments to the delivered clip. Standard and Premium include rounds of revisions to refine color, timing, or element placement.

Do I need to send footage that was already shot on a green screen?
Green screen footage gives the cleanest, fastest results for keying and replacement. If your footage wasn't shot on green screen, I can still composite and add VFX elements, but please send a sample clip before ordering so I can confirm it's a good fit for what you have in mind.
What file formats should I send, and what do I get back?
Send raw footage in any common format (MP4, MOV, or ProRes preferred for quality). You'll receive the finished video in your preferred format, and project files are available on request for Standard and Premium packages.
