What is vector format / source file?
A vector format (also called a source file) is a high-quality, editable design file. This means the design can be resized infinitely, whether it’s for a business card or a billboard, without losing any clarity or sharpness. These files can be output in any file format for future usage.
What is your workflow like?
Consultation > Research / Sketching > Mascot development (turnaround time is 3 - 7 days, with 1 - 3 mascot concepts to choose from based on your selected package) > Review with client > Delivery of artwork
What is consultation like?
Your input is key! Let me know your business name, color preferences, any mascot inspiration, and a short description of your business so I can design a mascot tailored to complement your brand.
What are revisions?
Revisions include changes to the appearance, shape, or color of the original mascot concept created from your initial ideas. However, any changes that involve completely new concepts or directions will be considered a redesign and may incur an additional fee.
What file formats will you provide?
For all mascot design packages, I provide vector files (AI) and files for print/digital usage (JPEG and PNG) and (EPS, PDF and SVG) if needed.
Is the mascot design going to be in full color?
Yes, all Basic, Standard, and Premium mascot packages include a fully custom-designed mascot rendered in full color to complement your existing brand logo. Additionally, if you require a logo designed to accompany your mascot, I offer this as an optional add-on service.
I currently do not have a brand logo, can you create one to match my mascot?
Yes, I can definitely design a logo to match your mascot! Having a cohesive look is important, and I’ll make sure your new logo fits seamlessly with your mascot’s style. If you’d like this option, you can add the logo design service to your order, and I’ll be happy to create both for you!
What is the estimated duration of the mascot design process?
While each package lists a specific delivery timeline, I always aim to send your initial preview promptly, sometimes even ahead of schedule!
Do I get copyright to the artwork?
Absolutely! You get full commercial rights once I handover the files to you.
