Cancelling plentymarkets? Your data won't come with you. Once the contract ends, access is gone - but tax law (GoBD / BAO) requires you to keep orders and invoices readable for up to 10 years.
I archive your complete plentyONE system before shutdown: every order, invoice PDF, customer, item and stock record - pulled read-only via the official REST API, verified against the system's own counts and sealed with SHA256 checksums.

Why can't I just use the built-in Plenty export tools?
Built-in exports are partial: single data areas, capped lists, no document PDFs. I pull everything the REST API holds, including every invoice PDF, and prove completeness against the system's own counts.
Is this legally sufficient for a tax audit?
The Premium package includes written process documentation (GoBD for Germany, par. 132 BAO for Austria): scope, method, completeness verification and SHA256 integrity proof. For edge cases please confirm with your tax advisor.
What access do you need?
A read-only REST API user is enough. You create it yourself (I send a 2-minute guide), I never change anything in your system, and you deactivate the user after delivery.
Can I keep selling during the export?
Yes. The export is read-only and rate-limited, so your live system is not affected. For exits, the Premium package includes a final delta sync on your cancellation day.
Can you also migrate the data into a new system?
