Do I need to give you DNS access?
For the Audit tier no, I just check public records. For Standard or Premium, two options: give me edit access to your DNS (Cloudflare, Route53, OVH etc.), or I send you copy-paste records you apply yourself.
Will this fix emails my recipients already marked as spam?
No, recipient feedback loops recover slowly. This work prevents future emails from being flagged. For severely damaged domains, I recommend a sender-warming plan (extra).
