What all info is needed to start?
Basically the architectural plans, some info related to your building and client preferences. I have a sheet which lists all the necessary data that's needed to perform the design. I will be sharing it with you prior to start.
What if my project does not fall under any of the pricing packages above? What would be the cost?
Just drop me a message. I will send you my detailed pricing list.
What software/tool do you use?
I use ACCA approved Wrightsoft program. It's the most recommended tool to perform residential HVAC design. I also use AutoCAD to finalise the drawing.
What if I need revisions after the contract is closed?
I would be glad to provide any number of revisions unless they are major reworks.
Can I use the deliverables for city permit?
Yes you can use it for city permit from any state of the US.
Are you familiar with US standards and codes?
Yes I am. I have successfully completed around 500+ residential projects from the US.

Always a pleasure to communicate with and work with Mirsab. On this particular design, we discovered that the duct system does not work properly as designed and are pursuing alternate designs. Certainly good to find this out during the planning phase and not after a system has been installed!
