Do you redesign existing onboarding or only design from scratch?
Both! I can redesign your existing onboarding flow to improve activation, or design a complete onboarding experience from scratch for new products.
What tools do you use?
I use Figma for all design work. You'll receive a well-organized Figma file with named layers, components, and auto-layout — ready for developers.
Will I get a Figma source file?
Yes — Standard and Premium packages include the full Figma source file. Basic package includes wireframes only (no source file).
Can you also design the UI if I only have wireframes?
Absolutely! Standard and Premium packages include full high-fidelity UI design. If you need UI only (already have wireframes), message me for a custom offer.
What if I need more screens than the package includes?
No problem — message me before ordering and I'll create a custom package based on your exact needs.
Do you provide a video walkthrough of the design?
Yes! Premium package includes a Loom video walkthrough where I explain every design decision — this helps your team and developers understand the flow perfectly.
How many revisions do I get?
