Web based software that manages the queue in any customer interaction point smartly. It informs customers of their status in a queue, thus making wait times feel shorter. By allowing customers to use their time in a more efficient manner, It builds up customer experience. It gathers real-time data about the service, wait time, and customers.


We can integrate this software with TOMEDO.


Software Includes:

Ticket Issue: This is the screen where user can generate and take their ticket by just single clicking. It can be run in kiosk mode.

Ticket Calling: This is the screen where staff member can call the ticket it has call,recall,wait and random calling features.

Waiting Screen: Status of all the tickets will show here it. It shows which counter or room deal which ticket no.
