I'm a UX researcher and product designer with 15+ years building software at early stage startups in Sydney and San Francisco. I have conducted over 100 usability sessions across my career. I know what kills conversion and I can spot it fast.
Here's what you get: I walk through your app as a first-time user, record everything, think out loud, and tell you exactly where I got confused, lost trust, or would have quit. Then I tell you what to fix and why.
This is not a generic audit. It's a recorded expert session focused on your specific conversion or onboarding problem.

How do you review my site / app?
All tests include first impressions and overall service value proposition. Then I begin the tasks you have asked of me. If there is time left I will review the other sections of your site. Remember it takes a bit of time to test a feature because I will also talk to you about it!
What information do you need for the test?
Once you purchase the gig I will have three main questions for you. 1) One is for your URL 2) What test scenarios should be my focus? 3) Do you have any burning questions you want me to address?
What will you send me once the test is complete?
You will get a link to an online video that you can play on any device. The link is guaranteed to be accessible for 60 days after delivery. If you have elected to get some documentation as well, that will come in PDF format.
What is a test / user scenario?
Think of it as a specific task. Examples of a scenario might include: 1) Create a profile 2) Set up an account 3) Find a gift for a young mother 4) Search for a movie to watch ... and so on. Depending on the gig you could pick one or two of these.
Can you test my webapp?
Yes! Absolutely. If the app is paid, you may want to set up a 100% discount code or a login for me depending on if you want me to test the registration process as part of the gig.
