A landing page has one job: get the visitor to the button. I build fast Next.js pages that do that job, from your Figma file or from a written brief.
I'm Mitch, a designer and developer in Seattle (Blush Response). Recent work: the Stakks marketing site, a Next.js page for a royalty accounting app animated with CSS instead of video so it stays light, and the 3D site for 1760 Strategic AI. Both are in the video.
What you get:
- Responsive pages in Next.js and React, tested on real phones
- Code you own, deployed to your Vercel or handed over as a repo
- Basic SEO: titles, descriptions, share images and a sitemap
- Light motion where it helps, and a 3D hero in Premium if you want one
No Figma? Send your copy and two or three sites you like. I design in the browser, so you review a live link, not a static mockup.
You provide the copy, logo and images. Message me with your Figma link or brief before ordering so we can confirm the package.

I'm Mitch, and I run Blush Response, a design and engineering studio in Seattle. I build 3D and WebGL websites with Three.js, fast Next.js landing pages, and automations in n8n, Make, Zapier or custom code with Claude. Recent work: the 1760 Strategic AI site (painterly 3D scenes and illustrations drawn in code) and the Stakks marketing site and royalty app. I do the design and the code myself, so what you approve is what ships. Can you build from my Figma file?
Yes. Share view access and I'll match spacing, type and breakpoints. If the file has no mobile frames, I'll design them to match.
I don't have a design. Can you still build it?
Yes. Send your copy and a few sites you like. I design in the browser and you review it on a live link.
Where is it hosted?
On your own Vercel or Netlify account; the free tiers are usually enough for a landing page. I deploy it and connect your domain. Hosting and domain costs are yours.
Can you add a CMS or a form?
Standard includes a contact form. Premium can include a CMS (Sanity, Contentful or Markdown files) or one API integration, agreed before we start.
Will I get the source code?
Yes, the full repo with setup notes.
What counts as a revision?
A change inside the agreed pages and sections: layout, styling, swapping copy or images. New pages or features are a new scope.
