I will proofread and localize your steam page in japanese
About this Gig
Your game deserves Japanese players - but a machine-translated Steam page will not sell it.
I'm Mitsuki, a native Japanese speaker and an active Steam gamer. I will proofread and localize your Steam page so it reads like it was written by a Japanese developer, not a translation tool.
What I check and fix:
- Short and long descriptions: natural, persuasive Japanese
- Awkward machine/AI translation and unnatural phrasing
- Tone matched to your game's genre and target players
- Japanese keywords players actually search for (Standard and Premium)
Basic covers your short description and capsule text. Standard adds the full About section and feature list. Premium adds a full store page review with screenshot captions and a written report of suggestions.
Send me your Steam page link or your current text (English or Japanese draft) before ordering if you are not sure which package fits.
Let's make your game easy to discover - and easy to buy - in Japan.

FAQ
Do you translate from English, or only proofread Japanese?
Both. Send me your English source text, or a Japanese draft (machine or AI translated is fine) and I will turn it into natural Japanese.
What do you need from me?
Your Steam page URL, or your store text in a document. If your page is not public yet, just send the text.
Can you help before my game is released?
Yes. I work from your draft text, screenshots and a short game summary. Confidential projects are fine.
Do you also localize in-game text?
This gig is for the store page only. For in-game text, see my Japanese proofreading gig or message me for a custom offer.
Which genres do you cover?
All genres, especially indie games: RPG, simulation, strategy, horror, visual novels and roguelikes. I play Steam games myself, so I know how Japanese players read store pages.
