I use AnyDesk or TeamViewer for remote sessions. You just need to download the app, share the ID and password with me, and I will connect to your computer and fix the issue directly.
What if my issue is not fixed?
I will do my best to resolve every issue. If the problem cannot be fixed remotely due to hardware failure or other limitations, I will inform you honestly before charging. Your satisfaction is my priority
What are your working hours?
I am available daily from 11 PM to 1 AM IST. For urgent issues please message me first and I will try my best to accommodate.

Absolutely! I follow strict IT security practices. You can watch everything I do on your screen during the session and disconnect anytime. I never access or store your personal data.
