What do I need to send you to get started?
You can send a hand-drawn sketch with dimensions, photos of the property, existing estate agent floor plans (or Rightmove/Zoopla links) and rough laser/tape measurements with it.
How do I order for a multi-story house (e.g., Ground & First floor)?
My packages are priced per individual floor level. If you need drawings for 2 floors, simply select Quantity = 2 when ordering, or message me directly for a custom offer.
Are your drawings formatted to scale?
Yes! Standard drawing outputs are generated at standard architectural scales (1:50 or 1:100 for floor plans; 1:200 or 1:500 for block/site plans) and formatted onto standard A3 or A1 print sheets.
Do you submit the planning application to the local council for me?
No, I provide the scaled, publication-ready architectural drawings in PDF format. You, your architect, or your planning consultant can submit them directly to your local council’s planning portal.
Do you include structural engineering or building control details?
These are spatial layout and planning drawings. For structural steel calculations or full building control specification packages, you will still need a structural engineer.
