Do the gigs/services listed last for a month?
Yes, all prices stated are meant to provide you a month's services. If you like our services and would like to carry on after the 1st month, feel free to purchase a gig just before the previous gig ends.
How long will it take to setup the services once I purchase a gig?
If this is your first purchase, we'll take up to 24 hours to put everything in place. If your site is very large, it may take longer to fully backup your site in the initial backup.
How long will it take to backup my site initially?
This really depends on how large your site is. For most sites, it'll be completed within a day. Everything happens in the background, so you won't have to do anything.
Since this gig lasts for a month, what happens after it ends?
Once a gig ends without a second gig purchased, we'll halt all services provided to your site. All security protections put in place will also be removed. However, backups that have been created and SSL certificates will remain intact.
