I will draw your OC or any character youd like in my 90s style! They do not include a detailed background, you will get both version with/without bubbles! I dont draw furry, men, buff, old characters! I can draw characters with ears and tails! I can add plushies as well! Please DM me if you think your character has a detailed design!
