How much malware files you will remove?
At this moment, we clean up 1000 files on our Basic package. And we clean up 2500 files on our Standard package. And we clean up 5000 files on our Premium package. Note: if your site have more than files. You will need an additional fee.
Do you remove site from blacklist?
Yes, Our Standard and Premium packages provide blacklist removal services.
How much site you will clean on per packages?
We provide 1 domain ( 1 site ) cleanup services on our all packages. If you need to clean up multiple domain, you will need to purchase our extra services.
Do you refund fee if we not need your services?
If we completed malware cleanup. We will not able to refund your fee. If we not do anything on your site, we will refund your fee.
