What do you need from me to start the website design and development process?
To get started, I’ll need: Examples of websites you like for inspiration Access to your hosting/cPanel or WordPress admin The page builder you are using (Free or Pro version) A list of the pages you want on your site and their content
Does your package include hosting and domain charges?
No. Hosting and domain are not included in my packages. You will need to have a domain and hosting plan already set up. However, I can guide you in choosing and setting them up if needed. My charges are strictly for website design and development.
Do you also provide redesign packages?
Absolutely. My services also cover redesigning or updating existing websites/blogs, giving them a fresh, modern, and optimized look.
Will you write the content for my website?
No, this Gig does not include content writing. You’ll need to provide the content for your website. If you don’t have content ready, I can recommend or connect you with a professional content writer.
Do you provide licenses for the themes and plugins used on the website?
No. If a premium theme or plugin is required, you may need to purchase the license for ongoing support and updates from the developer. I may use my developer license during the build, but lifetime access/support is only available with your own purchase.
Do you also design graphics for the website?
No. This Gig does not include graphic design services. Any graphics (images, icons, banners) must be provided by you. If you need help with graphic design, I can arrange it as an additional service.
What if I face an issue with my website after delivery? Will you make revisions?
I provide free support for 21 days after delivery to fix any issues related to my work. After that, additional support or changes can be discussed separately. Please note: I cannot take responsibility for issues caused weeks or months later due to third-party plugins, hosting errors, or user changes
What if I lose my website or accidentally delete something?
I cannot take responsibility for accidental deletions or loss of your website after delivery. However, I strongly recommend setting up regular backups, and I can guide you on how to do this.
