1. Do I need to have a Shopify account before ordering?
Ideally, yes. You should have a Shopify account or be ready to create one. If you're unsure which plan to choose, feel free to contact me before ordering.
2. Do I need to provide the content and product images?
Yes. Please provide your logo, brand assets, product information, images and written content whenever available. If some elements are still missing, contact me and we can discuss the best approach.
3. Can you create a store based on my existing brand?
Absolutely. I can translate your existing visual identity into a cohesive Shopify experience using your colours, typography, imagery and overall brand direction.
4. Can you redesign an existing Shopify store?
Yes. I can work with existing Shopify stores as well as new ones. Please message me before ordering so I can review your current store and recommend the right package.
5. Does the price include a Shopify theme or paid apps?
No. Any Shopify subscription fees, premium themes, paid apps, domains or third-party services are not included in the package price and must be purchased separately by the client if required.
