What to expect after placing and order with us?
After placing your order, you will be asked to fill in the requirements, where we gather all the information we need before getting started with your Instagram Content Strategy. You will also get a message from us confirming with you that we have all the info we need and we are getting to work!
What is your work process? (STAGE 1)
We will carefully review all the information you provided us with and study all the brand details, social media profiles, website, and any project directions. Then we'll research your niche online and gather information on your 'ideal follower', their interests, challenges and desires.
What is your work process? (STAGE 2)
Then we start creating the First Draft of your Content Strategy and your content which we then submit to you for review. After the feedback is received from you, we finalise the design and make the delivery.
What type of posts do you include in your packages?
A variety, depending on the package you selected: ~ Single Posts ~ Carousel Posts ~ Video Posts ~ Reels ~ Stories. All our content is designed strategically to provide value to your followers and encourage them to engage with the content
How do you help me gain more followers?
The content we create for your Instagram has the aim of maximising the engagement - your followers interacting with your content - which gets your account posts picked up by the IG algorithm (this pushed your posts higher up in your follower's feeds). We also provide you with a Growth Tips Guide.
Do you come up with the COPIES? (Text on the posts)
Yes! As part of the Content Strategy we research the topics your ideal followers/clients want to see and we tailor them into highly aesthetic, modern and engaging posts.
Do you also write captions? (The text underneath the post)
We offer caption writing as an extra service. Our captions are tailored to your brand's goals and brand’s tone of voice. We also include CTA's to encourage your followers to take action (saving, sharing, liking the posts, sending you a DM, tagging someone, buying your products, etc)
Do you also schedule and post the content?
No, we do not schedule nor post the content. We share it via Google Drive link for you to post.
Do you manage my Instagram account?
No, we don't manage your account. We create your Instagram Content Strategy and your content and deliver it to you
Do you offer calls or zoom calls?
No, our communication is only through the Fiverr chat, as written/visual information can be entered in the order requirements for better communication. We are, of course, happy to answer any questions you might have at any time.
