FAQ
Do I need to provide my own script?
Basic: yes, send your script and I'll animate it. Standard and Premium include script writing, so a short brief about your product and goal is enough. You can also add script writing to Basic as an extra.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your script or a short brief, your logo and brand colors, and any reference videos you like. I'll confirm the details with you and send a storyboard for approval before animation starts.
Can you match my brand style, colors and logo?
Yes. Characters, backgrounds and colors are built around your brand. Share your logo, color codes and any style references, and I'll design the characters to fit them.
What kind of videos do you make?
I make all kinds of 2D animated videos: explainer, SaaS and product demo, app promo, whiteboard, motion graphics, logo animation, character animation, onboarding, training and social ads. Have something different? Message me and I'll tell you if it's a fit.
Is the voiceover human, and can I hear samples?
I work with professional voice artists. Tell me the tone, gender and accent you want, and I'll send sample options before you order or before we record. You can also send your own recording.
How do revisions work?
Revisions cover changes after the first draft. Unlimited revisions in Premium apply within the approved script and storyboard, so major script changes after approval may need an extra. Additional revisions can be added to any package.
Do I get commercial rights and source files?
Yes, you get full commercial usage rights to the final video. Source project files and a vertical 9:16 version for social are available as paid extras.
How fast will you reply, and can you work to my deadline?
I usually reply within an hour. Standard delivery is 4, 7 or 10 days depending on the package, and rush delivery is available as an extra. Message me your deadline and I'll confirm it before you order.
