What files do you need?
Please provide the native Primavera P6 XER/XML file, Microsoft Project MPP/XML file, or the most detailed available PDF or Excel schedule. For an updated-programme review, also provide the approved baseline, latest update, reporting date and relevant progress information.
Can you review a PDF schedule?
Yes, but the depth of review will be limited because a PDF does not contain complete activity logic, float, calendars and relationship data. Native P6 or Microsoft Project files are strongly preferred.
Will you modify my schedule?
The standard service provides an independent review and recommended corrections. Limited schedule amendments or development of a recovery scenario can be priced separately after reviewing the programme size and required changes.
Does this include a complete recovery schedule?
The Premium package provides a detailed recovery strategy and action matrix. Preparation of a fully revised, resource-loaded or cost-loaded recovery programme requires a customized offer.
Does this include delay analysis or an EOT claim?
No. This Gig focuses on programme quality, critical-path exposure and recovery planning. Forensic delay analysis, contractual entitlement and EOT claim preparation are separate specialist services.
Can you review the contractor’s programme for an employer?
Yes. I can assess whether the submitted programme is logically reliable, aligned with milestones, properly updated and suitable for monitoring progress and forecasting completion.
Can you review an employer or consultant programme?
Yes. The review can be adapted for employer, consultant or contractor use, including management programmes, tender schedules, baseline programmes and periodic updates.
Can you guarantee completion-date recovery?
No. Recovery depends on site conditions, productivity, resources, approvals, procurement, contractual restrictions and management decisions. I identify realistic opportunities and the actions required to evaluate and implement them.
Is project information confidential?
Yes. All programmes, records and project information are treated as confidential and used only for the agreed assignment.
