What file formats do you accept and deliver?
Send the highest-quality file you have (WAV/FLAC best; MP3/M4A OK). I deliver WAV, FLAC, MP3 or AAC at the sample rate you pick, plus the measurement report. Default is WAV + MP3.
What if cleanup leaves artifacts or makes it sound thin?
I keep denoise light and check by measurement. Very noisy or heavily distorted recordings can't be fully restored, and over-denoising can sound watery. If it happens I say so and use your revision to dial it back.
Can you master a ripped commercial song?
No. I only process files you own or have written permission to process. You confirm this in the order form, and I cancel orders for unofficial copies of commercial releases.
Do you use AI?
AI-assisted cleanup plus measurement QC, and every delivery is checked against the written spec. Say "no-AI" before you order if that matters and I'll confirm what I can do.
