For English content a standard American accent will be used. For Malay content a modern Malaysian accent will be used.
Do you only do UGC for physical products?
No, I can do digital products or software too! I can film recordings using my laptop or screen recordings so you can see the service or product in use on the computer.
Do I need to send you the product?
For physical product videos, you may need to send me the product. For digital products, apps or software, I can usually create the content remotely.
What do you need from me to get started?
I'll need your product/service, brief, target audience and any key points you want included. You will also need to provide a reference video.
