Not really. I would be giving you a bad service. Optimizing your Google AdWords campaign settings requires fluency in the language.

No, my fees do not include advertising costs. All Google AdWords expenses are paid directly to Google.
Can you create campaigns for my type of business?
I do not provide affiliate AdWords settings, anything illegal, dishonest, adult content and other items, or campaigns that may violate Google's advertising policies.
