FAQ
What format should my audio files be?
I prefer WAV or MP3 files, but I can work with just about anything you send me.
Do I need to separate all of my audio into chapters?
No. Unless you record it as all separate files for each chapter, you can send me everything in one big file or lots of small files (labeled as best you can). I will go through and separate or combine the audio so everything is perfect once I'm done.
Can I use WeTransfer or Dropbox to send the files over?
Yes! Sometimes it's easier to upload/download files directly on Fiverr. So for large projects, I prefer this. If you're not sure how to do this, let me know and I can set up a shared folder for you to upload everything and send you the link.
What if I run into an issue with ACX/Audible after you're done?
Let me know right away. It doesn't happen often, but somethings slip through the ACX Lab verification that I use or there's another issue ACX finds during the approval process. I'll make sure everything is good to go and you're able to get everything approved.
Do you proof the audio with the script/book?
I try to go through the audio and make sure everything is clear and audible. If you send over the script with the audio, I'll let you know if there is any missing sections or spots that a word was mispronounced and you can decide if it's worth re-recording.
