Do I need an OpenAI API key?
Not necessarily. I can build with OpenAI GPT, Claude or fully free open source models like LLaMA and Mistral — zero ongoing API costs if preferred.
What is the difference between RAG and fine-tuning?
RAG retrieves answers from your documents at query time — best for large knowledge bases. Fine-tuning trains the model on your data directly — best for specific tone or domain expertise. I will recommend the right approach for your use case.
Can the chatbot be deployed as a web app or API?
Yes — Standard and Premium packages include deployment-ready code with a FastAPI or Streamlit interface so you can go live immediately.
Will my data stay private?
Yes. Your data is used only for your project, never shared or stored after delivery. I work under NDA if required.
