What counts as one bug?
One bug is a reproducible failure with a defined expected result, such as a form that fails to submit. Similar symptoms can have different causes, so I confirm the scope after reviewing the details.
Can you fix login or database problems?
Yes, I can investigate problems in existing authentication flows, database connections, and queries. Rebuilding authentication or changing the database structure requires a separate scope.
Can you fix build and deployment errors?
Yes. Share the relevant error logs and hosting details. Server migrations and complete hosting setup are quoted separately.
Can you work on an AI-generated website?
Yes, if the project uses a supported stack and you can provide the source code. I will review the project before confirming the repair.
Will you work directly on my live website?
Where practical, I will make and verify changes locally or in a staging environment first. Any live deployment will be agreed with you beforehand.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers adjustments to the agreed repair. New features, unrelated bugs, and changes to the original requirements require an additional quote
What if the issue needs a larger repair?
I will explain the findings and discuss the revised scope before doing additional work. I will not promise a small fix for an issue that requires a rebuild.
Will I receive the updated code?
Yes. You will receive the corrected files or changes in the agreed repository, along with a short explanation and verification notes.
Do you provide support after delivery?
I include seven days of follow-up support for the same agreed issue. New problems, third-party changes, and issues caused by later code modifications are outside that support scope.
