I will automate your gmail or outlook inbox with zapier, make, or apps script

About this gig
Stop copying info from emails into spreadsheets and forwarding the same messages all day. I set up reliable inbox automations that sort, log, and route email for you.
What I can automate:
- Gmail filters/labels and Outlook rules to auto-sort and flag mail
- New order or request emails logged to Google Sheets or Excel
- Attachments saved to the right Drive, OneDrive, or SharePoint folder
- Auto-acknowledge replies and templated follow-ups
- Alerts when something urgent or overdue arrives
- Multi-step flows in Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, or Power Automate
Great for order and request intake: new orders, customer requests, attachments, due dates, and status updates. The same patterns fit any business that runs on email.
Every delivery includes:
- Tested workflow with error notifications
- A one-page diagram/guide of what runs and when
- Built in YOUR account so you own it
Message me before ordering so I can confirm the right tool and package. Note: Zapier/Make paid plans (if needed) are not included.

FAQ
Do I need a paid Zapier or Make plan?
Not always. Simple flows often fit free tiers, and Gmail/Outlook rules and Apps Script cost nothing. I'll tell you before we start if a paid plan is needed.
Do you need my password?
No. I prefer you add me as a collaborator or we set things up together on a short screen share. I never ask for passwords in chat.
Which tool will you use?
Whichever is cheapest and most reliable for your setup: native rules first, then Apps Script or Power Automate, then Zapier or Make for cross-app flows.
Can you fix a Zap or flow that keeps breaking?
Yes. Message me with screenshots of the error and I'll quote a fix.
How do you handle privacy?
I build the logic; you control your data and decide what flows where. Everything runs inside your own accounts, I test with dummy emails, and I never ask for passwords in chat.
