FAQ
What kind of photos should I send you?
I only accept RAW files or 16-bit PNGs with a minimum resolution of 4000x4000 pixels. High-end color grading requires maximum color data and dynamic range to craft a precise preset. Compressed formats like JPG simply do not provide the necessary latitude for this level of color manipulation.
Will the preset make my photos look exactly like the reference?
A preset is a very strong foundation for your visual identity. However, because lighting, camera sensors, and original colors vary per shoot, you might need to make minor tweaks to exposure or white balance. Don't worry, it's very simple and I will explain how!
How do I install and use the presets?
It is a very straightforward process. Depending on the package you choose, I will include clear instructions or a dedicated PDF guide on how to install your new .XMP files in Photoshop (Camera Raw) or Lightroom.
Why do you ask for a moodboard or reference photos?
Aesthetic terms like "vintage," "dreamlike," or "cinematic" can mean different things to different people. A visual moodboard ensures I understand your exact vision and can craft a color profile that perfectly matches your desired atmosphere.
What software do I need to use these presets?
These custom presets are delivered in .XMP format. You will need Adobe Photoshop (using the Camera Raw filter) or Adobe Lightroom (Classic or CC) installed on your computer to import and apply them correctly.
Why do the colors look slightly different on my phone or monitor?
I build and test every preset on a professionally calibrated monitor to guarantee accurate color grading. Please be aware that uncalibrated computer displays, varying monitor panels, and smartphone features like "True Tone" or "Night Shift" will alter how contrast, warmth, and saturation are perceiv
Do I need the latest version of Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom?
Yes, it is strictly required. To achieve a truly high-end and detailed look, my custom presets often incorporate advanced masking features (such as precise selections for faces, subjects, or specific lighting highlights). These complex adjustments are only supported by the latest, up-to-date version
