Can you build a chatbot using my company documents or knowledge?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages can include RAG, allowing the assistant to retrieve relevant information from approved company knowledge or documents when answering questions.
Can you integrate the chatbot with my CRM, database, or other systems?
Yes, depending on the system and available API or integration options. The Premium package includes one CRM or database integration. Please contact me before ordering if you need multiple or more complex integrations.
Will you need my passwords or API keys?
Please never send passwords or sensitive credentials through normal messages. If credentials or API access are required, we will agree on an appropriate and secure setup method for the project.
Are AI/API usage costs included in the package price?
No. Charges from third-party services such as AI model providers, hosting platforms, databases, or other external services are normally paid directly by the buyer. I will explain any required services before implementation.
Do you provide deployment and hosting?
Deployment requirements depend on the solution and selected package. I can help configure the chatbot for an agreed environment, but hosting and third-party service costs are not included unless specifically agreed before the order.
