Why is this priced higher than typical Fiverr gigs?
We are not building from scratch. We deploy a production-tested call center platform that we have already engineered, tested, and currently using. You are paying for months of R&D compressed into a 7-day delivery, plus 1 year of maintenance.
What does the 1-year maintenance include?
Bug fixes, browser compatibility updates, security patches, and Telnyx API changes. It does not include new feature requests or redesigns outside the original scope.
Do I need a Telnyx account, or can you use Twilio?
You can use either. We recommend Telnyx for cost and quality, but we will integrate Twilio if you already have an account. You handle the telecom billing directly with the provider.
Will I own the source code?
Yes. Every tier includes full source code. There is no vendor lock-in.
Can you customize the design to match our brand?
Absolutely. We rebrand the UI with your colors, logo, and typography. Premium includes full white-labeling so your team sees your brand, not ours.
Is this mobile-friendly?
Yes. The platform is responsive and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers. If you need a native mobile app, message us for a custom quote.
