FAQ
What if you cannot fix my bug?
I tell you within a few hours of looking at it and we cancel before any work starts, so you pay nothing. I would rather lose a small order than deliver something that does not work.
Do you need access to my code?
Yes. A GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket repo is ideal. A zip file works too. I sign an NDA on request and I never reuse client code.
What counts as one bug?
One incorrect behaviour with one cause. If three pages break because of one broken function, that is one bug. Three unrelated problems is Standard.
Can you add a feature instead of fixing something?
Yes, message me first. Small features usually fit Standard or Premium, larger ones get a custom offer.
Do you work with frameworks other than Node and Vue?
I am strongest in Node.js, NestJS, Express and Vue. I can usually handle plain JavaScript, TypeScript, java and React bugs too. Ask before ordering.
What happens on the call?
I walk you through what was broken, why it happened and what I changed, and answer questions about your codebase. It is included in every package and optional — plenty of buyers prefer the written explanation.
Why do you write a test for the fix?
So the bug cannot silently come back later. A fix without a test is a fix that holds until someone edits that file. It is included at no extra cost.
