Is web automation legal?
Automating your own accounts is legal. Scraping public data is legal in most jurisdictions. I won't build anything that bypasses security or scrapes personal data. If there's a gray area, I'll flag it upfront.
What about CAPTCHAs?
Simple ones can be handled automatically. reCAPTCHA is harder - there are solving services, but I'll discuss cost and ethics before using them. Often the workflow can be designed to avoid CAPTCHA triggers entirely.
Can the automation run on a schedule?
Standard and Premium include scheduled execution - hourly, daily, weekly, whatever you need. I can set up cron jobs or guide you through cloud hosting ($5-10/month) so it runs without your computer being on.
What happens if the website changes?
Sites update layouts sometimes, which can break selectors. I build with maintainable code and clear structure so updates are quick. Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2, Premium 3.
Do I need to keep my computer running?
For local execution, yes. For scheduled tasks, I can set up the script on a cloud VPS ($5-10/month) so it runs independently. I'll walk you through the setup.
What format is the output delivered in?
CSV, JSON, Excel, or Google Sheets - your choice. Premium can also push data directly into a database or dashboard. I'll ask your preference before starting.
