Will you keep my original data?
Your original file stays unchanged. The cleaned copy follows agreed rules. I preserve identifiers and leading zeros and provide a change summary, including any agreed duplicate removals.
How do you decide which rows are duplicates?
You specify the matching columns. I remove exact matches under that rule. Similar names or uncertain matches are not merged automatically. If the rule is unclear, I ask before deleting any rows.
Can you repair formulas, macros, or dashboards?
Those services are outside this package. Please identify any formulas, macros, or external links before ordering so I can confirm whether a cleanup can be done safely without changing them.
What counts toward the limits?
Rows are counted across all input sheets, excluding one header row per sheet. Each sheet can have up to 15 columns. Basic covers 100 rows/1 sheet, Standard 2,000 rows/2 sheets, Premium 5,000 rows/3 sheets.
Can you fix missing values or unclear dates?
I do not guess missing information. Please supply a rule or reference for corrections. Ambiguous dates such as 03/04 require your intended date convention before conversion.
Do you use AI?
