Will I receive an editable file?
Yes. Every package includes DOCX and PDF. The Word document uses editable text, headings, and tables rather than page images.
Do you write or rewrite the content?
This offer is for formatting your final supplied text. Writing, proofreading, fact-checking, and substantive editing are not included.
How do page limits work?
Both the original document page count and package word limit apply. A shorter but very dense document may exceed the word limit. Message before ordering if unsure. Final pagination may change as the layout is improved.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated list of formatting changes within the original requirements. New text, additional pages, new branding, or a new design direction requires a separate agreement. Errors in my delivery will be corrected.
Can you follow my brand?
Yes. Send your logo, color codes, and a reference layout you have permission to share. Fonts must be available and licensed for the work. Tell me if you need a specific font before ordering.
Can you work from a PDF or scan?
Please message first. Standard packages start from editable Word files; OCR, scan reconstruction, complex charts, and interactive forms are outside these packages.
Do you use AI?
Yes, I use AI-assisted tools and review the output. If your organization prohibits AI processing, this service is not a fit. Please remove unnecessary personal or confidential information before sharing files.
Will the layout look the same everywhere?
The PDF preserves the delivered appearance. Word layout can vary by font availability and software version. Tell me your intended Word version and page size before the work starts.
Are the gallery examples real customer projects?
No. They are original fictional samples showing the formatting service. The before and after examples contain the same information.
How many tables are included?
Basic includes 1 simple table, Standard up to 3, and Premium up to 5. A simple table has no more than 5 columns and 10 rows, with no merged cells or calculations. Please message first for more complex tables.
